Amalgamation Information Session
Our executive members, will be running an information session for the proposed Amalgamation. This is going to be a drop in information session, handouts will be provided with info and it will be an opportunity for any questions you may have to be answered. This information session will be on Saturday October 28th, at 11:00am. It will be approximately 1 hour in length.
As all of you are aware, some of our executive members are in talks with Ayr, Paris and Burford Hockey Associations to create a partnership. This partnership will provide our members with even more hockey opportunities at all levels. This will include more frequent, and consistent, development clinics (for all ages and skill levels) and provide players the opportunity to represent all 4 associations at the rep level.
There are some very important events that need to take place before this partnership can be official, and representatives from each association are working diligently to ensure we have a successful transition. We know this could be quite confusing, or overwhelming for some parents/players, and we are wanting to ensure that you have all of your questions answered.

This information session will be held at the Gaukel Memorial Community Centre in their meeting room.
We are also required to run a vote to give our members a say in whether or not they approve of this decision. This vote will be run Saturday November 11th from 1pm-3pm at the Gaukel Memorial Community Centre. More information regarding the vote will be distributed closer to the date.
