Well we are off to our next big IP event with the Toronto Marlies. The following is the information for those that are playing in and attending this event.
Arrival time is at 11:15, 45 minutes prior to the start of our games (12:00). Please try to be there on time as we will be escorted to our dressing room as one group and we need to have time to hand out the tickets. Staff will not permit early entry so try to get there right around 11:15.
We are going to meeting at the Group Experiences gate on the North East side of Ricoh Coliseum off Manitoba drive.
The ticket sales and service team will guide us through check in and escort the group to the dressing room.
There are waivers to be signed for players and all personnel going on the ice. I will have them available on Saturday and will bring blanks with me to the game. These must be completed and signed and ready to go at check in.
Only 1 parent per participating child will be permitted into the dressing room.
Spectators will be able to sit in sections 108 and 109 for the kids game. Only these sections.
All equipment must be removed from the dressing room immediately after the game and only authorized parents/players are permitted in the dressing room area and must be escorted by security or staff.
Parking is in parking lot 3.
I will have more information available at Saturday's practice.
We will be wearing the St George Generals jerseys for our games. I will bring a set with me and hand them out at the game.
