PLATTSVILLE SERIES SWEEP
Our hats off to The Rage Atom Rep team. They fought hard all three games of our series and deserve a ton of respect!
All three of our games came down to the final shift and both teams battled very hard all series. Our group left last night with a great deal of respect for our opponents. Their parents and coaches should be very proud of how far that group has come. We wish them continued success and look forward to more great games in the future!
Great job to our boys as well. We have started a new tradition after games. In addition to the Generals Helmet the assistant coaches each pick their Stars of the Game.
GAME 2
Generals Helmet - Joel - A fantastic game of effort and using his team mates!
Star of the Game (Jesse) - Cooper - Amazing effort all game long.
Start of the Game (Jim) - Leo - Relentless energy and forecheck creating chances.
Star of the Game (Raz) - Emmett - Solid as ever, he kept us in the game and bailed us out when we needed him.
GAME 3
Generals Helmet - Carter L - Moved up to forward, he started slow but then really brought energy, disruption and some great passing at the end. Well done!
Star of the Game (Jesse) - Gunnar - Really developing his game smarts and using his body. killed some big seconds at the end of the game.
Star of the Game (Jim) - Blake - Amazing back check and energy throughout the entire game.
Star of the Game (Raz) - Cooper - Fantastic work all game long getting us out of our end and creating chances.
