Elmira Chicken Product and Order FormOnce again St George Minor Hockey is offering the opportunity to purchase chicken products from Elimira Poultry. The product sheet and order form is included in the attachment.
Orders must be in to their parent rep or to Jen Koops
[email protected] by November 25.
All Money and cheques must be included with the order. Cheques should be made payable to St. George Minor Hockey.
Delivery date will be the second week of December.
