Power Skating
Submitted By Meghann Gibson on Tuesday, October 22, 2019
'Power skating' is a term that is widely used and often misused. Power skating is a component of training skating and developing technique, power and speed for hockey and ringette players.

One of the requests that many people asked for during our surveys last winter was power skating and we are happy to announce that power skating is in the works.

2-3 sessions for each team between Sr IP and Bantam are being scheduled between now and Christmas.

Keep an eye on your schedules for which days you can look forward to these lessons!
