As most of you know, yesterday we voted to decide whether or not our members were in favour of amalgamating with Paris, Burford, and Ayr. We had an overwhelming turn out with over 70% of our members showing up to vote.
We are proud to say that of those 70% who voted, 98% of our members voted in favour of our amalgamation. We know that this could create a lot of questions and uncertainty moving forward, but SGMHA would like to assure you that we want to keep all of our members informed through out the process.
Each of the 4 centres will be posting their results online and further discussions between the centres who have voted in favour will continue this week. When more information is available, it will be provided to our members promptly.
This is a great opportunity for our players and SGMHA is proud that we get to be apart of this process.
