St. George Minor Hockey extends an invitation to your teams to participate in our Representative Tournament. The tournament is sanctioned by the O.M.H.A. and therefore will be conducted in accordance with their regulations as per the O.M.H.A. Manual of Operations. Only players and team officials who have approved CHA/OMHA recognized playing certificates or approved Player Eligibility Declaration and Team Roster Sheets will be allowed to participate in the tournament. All teams must have a certified coach and trainer for each game and all Bench staff must be listed on the approved roster with an approved PRS number.
There will be eight (8) teams in each division and each team will be guaranteed three (3) games. Full payment must accompany application in order to be considered registered.
